Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and communicative. Location is great. We had a quad person room and it was cozy with both single beds setup. The room did not look like the room that was pictured, but it was fine. We fit with all our bags - but there was not a lot of spare room.
There are about 4 flights of stairs that you will need to ascend with your bags. There is no elevator. We managed fine as a family of four, but could be difficult for those with mobility/strength challenges.

Excellent accomodation with all the necessary, extremely clean, great location to visit the city without car and super friendly staff, ready to help and give suggestions on what to do, taste and visit. We felt at home.

Great location and pastries included for breakfast. Small fridge in the room.
Not finished to the best standards. Walls were damaged. Shower was missing tiles. Hairs in the bed.
Strong smell of sewage from the bathroom
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
