About this villa rental
3km from Beaumes de Venise, located near the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux, this charming villa is decorated with an enclosed garden and a private swimming pool. It is located in a quiet residential area a few hundred meters from the first shops.
It offers you:
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a 140x190 sofa bed.
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 double bed (convertible into two 80x200 single beds) and bunk beds.
- a large bathroom with stone basin, bath and walk-in shower.
- a dressing room.
- a toilet.
- a cellar (washing machine).
- a large living room: living room (double sofa bed, flat screen color TV, DVD player), dining room and fully equipped American kitchen.
- electric heating and wood stove.
- cot and high chair on request
Exterior:
- parking for two cars.
- private swimming pool protected by an alarm in accordance with current security standards (open from May to September).
- shaded travertine terrace with garden furniture.
- barbecue

We had a 2week stay at the beginning of August 2023. As the owner doesn't live in or near the house, we could ask all questions to the owner by WhatsApp. She always replied immediatly and came over 2 times (after agreement with us) to clean the wonderfull private swimming pool. The house is perfectly situated to visit the nice surrounding like Mont-Ventoux and lots of cosy villages with local markets.
Everything what was needed was provided in the house, even a blender, enough toilet and kitchen paper, fresh herbs from the garden, ... .
We strongly recommand this house!

Laure performed above and beyond the call of duty, helping us with the French side of the Covid regulations. The house itself is as well equipped and as clean as anywhere we've stayed. The bed we used was comfy and though we didn't have to use it, the aircon was a resssuring presence. The pool really is private, unlike many on here that are advertised as private but definitely aren't. Great little stay! Well pleased with this late find in our holiday preparations.

Magnifique terrasse très bien ombragée et piscine parfaite pour les enfants!
Si vous avez de la chance et que vous n’êtes pas trop bruyants, vous aurez peut-être la chance de voir passer pendant la soirée, un ou deux hérissons dans le fond du jardin…

Maison propre et bien équipée. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire avec beaucoup de choses mis à disposition à notre arrivée.
