Pretty single-storey 90 m² single-family house (South orientation), bright and spacious for 4 people + 1 baby (cot and high chair): in the small village les massots (07140 LES ASSIONS) in southern Ardèche, well located 8 minutes between two very touristy villages: Les Vans and Joyeuse. • one bedroom (160x200 bed) • one bedroom (140x200 bed) • LED flat TV • Bathroom (bath with shower) • Well-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, iron ironing board • Large 2000 m2 outdoor area with garden tables and 1 electric plancha and 1 charcoal barbecue. • On-site parking space • inertia radiators and summer fans • Etc ... bed linen (sheets and blankets + a bath towel) and shower soap are provided except bathroom linen Supermarket U (Les Vans ) is 2km away. The house has a Wifi connection. 1500m from the Chassezac river, numerous cultural, sporting activities (canoeing, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding) and leisure activities nearby. Restaurants, shops, bars. The Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet Cave at around 29km, The Bois de Païolive at 2.7km. Our companion friends are welcome, but the site is not fenced. long-term rental possible year-round except July and August

Accès rapide a un spot de baignade canon, 4km de "les vans" avec toutes les commodités. Séjour au top, Maison pleins pieds tout a fait opérationnel

Maison en retrait de l'habitation du propriétaire laissant une autonomie et une tranquillité au locataire.Intérieur propre ,bien entretenu, assez simple.Equipement electrique (cuisinière,réfrigérateur et petit équipement)tout à fait satisfaisant.La literie est exellente et nous avons passé de bonnes nuits.La situation de la maison permet de nombreuses visites:, peu éloignée des vans pour le ravitaillement, près de beaux villages(balazuc,labeaume,largentière et autres)pour les visites. De plus ,la proximité du chassezac pour la baignade est idéale.Donc location sans chichis mais idéale pour les vacances.

La maison est très propre et fonctionnelle. Une vraie maison de vacances! Il ne manque plus que la piscine ;) Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Belle continuation

Belle location au calme, très propre, bien entretenu et fonctionnel. Avions été très bien accueillis. Grâce au plan fourni, aucune difficulté à trouver.
