Beautiful tranquil location up on a hillside with stunning views across the valley. Property is located just off a main road up a track next to a small farm but the only noise is chickens. Property itself was spotlessly clean. Good living areas with plenty of space and a nice mezzanine level with a tv and sofas. Kitchen has almost everything you’d need and there’s a nice gas plancha outside on the terrace too. Three double bedrooms with standard size beds. As one other reviewer pointed out, mattresses are on the thin side but we slept well. Only one toilet and one bath with a sit down shower so you’ll need to plan your schedule accordingly. Pool area and pool were beautiful with seating and shade plus a hammock under the trees. Owner attends to the pool every day around 7am (not an issue for us but if you’re up early and conscious of your privacy, make sure you are dressed!). Hot tub saw little use as it was a heatwave but would have been lively in cooler weather. Comms with the owner was limited and it would have been helpful to have precise directions to the property and also a few pages on how to deal with household waste/local facilities. We are used to the different French systems but would have been helpful to know that you need to visit municipal waste sites. Also to note that the owner lives on site in a chalet away from the house but very discreet. Nice tips in person on local markets etc. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would happily star again.

An excellent property in fantastic surroundings. The owners are very helpful and accommodating, and the facilities are great. The views are outstanding and a few great towns nearby. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful place, the garden, pool and spa. Everything very clean and comfortable. Viviane is very nice and helpfull. Highly recomended for a lovely stay in the Ardèche.
