About this villa rental
• A house labeled "4 stars" on the largest plot of the village.
The 130 m2 house has been awarded the "4 star" label by the departments of the department. Its registration number is 84M2294.
Inspectors come every 3 years to control the quality of the house according to very strict standards (calm, environment, comfort, bedding, decoration, neighborhood, secure swimming pool, etc.).
• The private heated swimming pool (optional)
A 4m x 8m pool for playing and cooling off
The swimming pool area, also the largest in the village, offers an exceptional panorama. It is fully secured by barriers and offers the guarantees required by European regulations. Pool heating is an option: €150 the first week, €100 the second.
. Heating and air conditioning
The electricity consumption of air conditioning and heating is calculated
at the end of the stay. A meter reading is taken at the start and end of the holiday. The holidaymaker will pay the concierge the amount due according to the scale in force.
• Private car park
The car park, located on the side of the house, 10 m from the entrance to the kitchen, allows 2 cars to park.
• The village
La Roque Alric is placed under the protection of the architects of the Buildings of France responsible for safeguarding the national heritage.
• The garden
The land is 1400 m2. It is on 2 levels. In the photo of the swimming pool you can see the outside staircase which will lead you to the second level. It is a place for those who need calm, to read, take a nap, rest, or drink an aperitif facing a majestic landscape, the valley of Beaumes de Venise and the Dentelles de Montmirail.

The village of La Roque Alric is clinging to a rock. It enjoys maximum sunshine. You will find under the trellis, all day long, the shade and the coolness you are looking for.
The very deep arbor allows you to stay in the shade in the late afternoon, when the sun begins to go down.

If you enjoy beautiful walks, you can discover the many hiking trails that crisscross the vineyards and cherry orchards.
Provence is magnificent and this place in particular.

From the welcoming begin to the end a great experience. Though remote a very kind and caring owner, and a friendly and professional local host. The house has excellent views from the various terrases, is well equipped, and features a heated pool. The area offers stunning short and long hiking options, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommended.

Magnifique cadre, magnifique maison, magnifique région,...que demander de mieux? Nous connaissons bien ce havre de paix et de joie pour y avoir passé 3 séjours et nous restons des inconditionnels de cet endroit, qui s'améliore chaque année et où nous nous retrouvons comme chez nous!!. Attention, isolement garanti. Il faut un véhicule. Propriétaire très charmant et gentleman. A recommander chaudement!!
