- 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds for children,
- 1 bath tub,
- 1 shower,
- 2 separate toilets (one at each level)
- 1 large living room of 75 m² which includes 2 living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen open to the living room by a bar fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee maker ..)
- a 5-seat SPA operating all year round at 37 ° C,
- a terrace facing south in peace,
- private parking spaces,

This house is located in Talloires, a small charming village 12 km from ANNECY, the little Venice of the Alps, at the foot of the bike path that serves the tour of the lake and the alpine resorts for lovers of cycling!

We had a lovely week in Yann's beautiful house. It's very spacious and clean and very well equipped. Yann was there to greet us on arrival and is very friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect and has easy access to the bike path that loops the lake. I would highly recommend this accommodation for a stay at the lake and for visiting the surrounding areas.

Yann was a great host from start to finish. A typical French alpine house with quirky twists which we really love. Its an entertaining house with lots of tech unfortunately we didnt use it all as the weather was so good we were exploring or sitting in the outdoor hot tub. To sit & watch the Paragliders above your head in an evening or the Hot air balloons first thing in the morning floating over the house is a view in itself.
