About this house rental
The house is located in the heart of the small town of character, everything is within walking distance: market 3 min, beach 3 min, port 5min, supermarket 7 min.
They have 4 bedrooms with a possibility of 8 people. The garden is perfectly enclosed for children.

Bedroom 1: on the ground floor, it has two twin beds that can turn into a bed of 160. It offers access to the garden and the lounge.
A bathroom: composed of a sink and a bathtub.
A separate toilet.
A living room dining room facing south open on the garden.
Kitchen: equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, multifunction robot, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary for your stay.
First floor:
Bedroom 2: a king bed 200 x 200, facing south, garden side.
Bedroom 3: a large bed of 160 x 200, window overlooking street side of the beach.
Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds.
A room with ironing board and storage.
A bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet.
The garden is about 300 m2, is perfectly secure, a dependency is at the bottom to be able to store bicycles, sailboards etc ...
Optional cleaning fee: 120 € / stay.
Optional linen package: 10 € / person.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec mes parents et des amis. Maison très bien située, en plein centre de Piriac, tout à fait conforme à la description. Très claire, bien agencée, elle convient parfaitement pour une famille avec enfants. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir bénéficier d’un lit bébé et d’une chaise haute. Propriétaires très agréables et réactifs. Nous recommandons.

Maison tres bien située, proches des commerces et de la plage. Ravis d'avoir re-découvert Piriac, la cote y est restée sauvage, de plus le village est charmant.
