Beautiful apartment / on the beach, MINT, contemporary, very clean, very bright, beautifully decorated, feet in the water, Great comfort / Lift rare Exceptional View and 180 ° on the Mediterranean Sea, on the Islands Golden (Island Levant- Ile de Port-Cros, Porquerolles), and the beautiful Var coast and the Massif des Maures.

Die Ankunft war schwierig ,weil weder das Auto-Navi noch Google Maps die vom Vermieter angegebene Adresse gefunden haben. Das Zahlenschloss der Schlüssel Box ist hakelig und lässt sich auch bei richtiger Code-eingabe nur mit viel Gefühl und Tricks öffnen. Der erste Eindruck der Wohnung war etwas trist, woran wohl die Tagesdecken, die schon bessere Tage gesehen haben, und der dunkelweiße Wand-anstrich schuld sind.
Es hellt sich alles auf, sobald man die schönen Kunstwerke an der Wand und vor allem den einmaligen Rundumblick vom Balkon über den Ort Le Lavandou am Fuße des Maurenmassivs und den Sportboothafen des Nachbarortes Bormes-les-mimosas sowie die Insel Île du Levant wahrnimmt. Der geräumige Balkon bildet das Sahnehäubchen und lädt zum steten Verweilen und Schauen ein: Urlaub fürs Auge!
Die mit einem Elektromotor angetriebene Markise ist sehr praktisch. Leider haben Tauben das Gestänge als ihren bevorzugten Ruheplatz entdeckt. Tägliches Wegputzen von Vogelkot von Balkon, Esstisch und Sitzmöbeln gehört daher dazu.
Wer heimischen Sauberkeitsstandard will, tut gut daran, zunächst alles Geschirr und Besteck zu spülen, und auch die Schubläden in Schränken und Kommoden zu entstauben oder auszulegen. Die Küche ist kompakt und sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet, hell, mit modernen Geräten.
Bei technischen oder organisatorischen Problemen ist der Vermieter per Email jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sprachverständnis oder Übersetzungs-App erforderlich!
Man ist schnell am Strand, wenn man den versteckten Fußweg gefunden hat. Der Sand am Strand ist grobkörnig.
Das sagenhafte Panorama über das azurblaue Meer von der Wohnung aus ist absolut topp!

The view is stunning. Enjoyed walking around the area. The apartment, especially the kitchen, was well appointed. We would have liked linens, towels and toilet paper. Finding the apartment and getting in is more onerous than it needs to be. The grounds are unkempt.
