Cottage in the countryside classified furnished with 3-star tourism, house of an old farmhouse, located in "MIANNAY", a small town very well flowered in the hollow of a valley, where the waters of a small river flow. Trie ". Near the" Baie de Somme "10 minutes from SAINT VALERY sur SOMME (medieval town).
Housing 90 m² comprising on the ground floor,
Entrance leading to living room / lounge (TV, DVD) of an open fitted and equipped kitchen (LV, MO, oven, coffee maker, coffee machine, kettle, etc.)
Shower room Italian shower, sink, wc, hair dryer, washing machine
Upstairs,
3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 140/190 beds, one bedroom with two 90/190 beds and separate wc.
A deposit of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure after inventory.
Bed and bathroom linen not provided rental on request. Bed linen option made on arrival 15 euros per bedding, bathroom linen option a large towel + a small one + a glove 8 euros.
Cleaning fee option 50 euros to be paid on arrival

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this farmhouse. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating to our needs. We were a little surprised by the fact that you have to pay extra for bedding and towels. Since we traveled from overseas that is just not possible to pack. It would be friendlier if the sheets and towels are included in the price. And it would be nice to have some salt, pepper, tea and some coffee to start. It was a very clean and charming house. The surrounding village was lovely.

Le gîte est bien situé pour découvrir la baie de Somme où les activités à faire sont nombreuses.
Propre, calme, dans une belle bâtisse bien rénovée, très bien équipé et fonctionnel, parfait avec un enfant en bas âge.
Elisabeth et Michel sont charmants et savent accueillir!
