About this house rental
This semi-detached farmhouse, spanning two levels, is part of a compound featuring a pool and tennis courts. The layout includes a lounge with a sofa bed that opens onto a terrace with a sea view, a dining area, and an open-plan fitted kitchen with a pantry. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a balcony, a bathroom with a window, and a separate toilet. The accommodation comes with a free numbered parking space, and access to the house involves approximately forty steps. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
Within the secure "Mas de Gigaro" gated community, guarded access is available to the swimming pool from June to September (free for children under 7 years old; €10/person/week + €50 deposit). The community also offers access to four tennis courts (€100 deposit, unlimited access with a reservation fee of €40). Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the club house.
Optional linen rental services are offered, including €20 for a double bed and €8 for a set of two towels, which includes a bath mat and tea towels.
Gigaro Beach, located less than 1.6 km away on foot, is easily accessible through coastal paths suitable for pedestrians and mountain bikers, as well as marine paths. Waterfront restaurants and a mini-market with a bakery and international press are open from April to mid-October.

alles in de woning was aanwezig. we waren wel wat verrast door de hoge trap die we op moesten maar het uitzicht was fantastisch. er waren helaas bouwvakkers bij de buren aan het werk waardoor de rust wel wat verstoord werd maar desondanks hebben wij een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Boligen havde en fin udsigt, men lå lige lidt længere væk fra havet end vi troede. Dog tæt og nemt at komme til stranden og natur-parken.

Mas bénéficiant d’une magnifique sur la mer et les îles du Levant.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine du Club House des Mas de Gigaro.
Le Mas est fonctionnel, mais il mériterait une rénovation au goût du jour. Par ailleurs, certains équipements de cuisine et ménager pourrait être ajoutés : Micro-onde, Grille-Pain, Etente à Linge plus récente.
La piscine est accessible en voiture, mais il faut obligatoirement aller à la mer à pied (peu de place de stationnement).
Nous avons été surpris par la localisation qui ne correspondait pas à ce qui était indiqué sur le site internet. Le Mas est situé à 2 kilomètres de la plage et sur les hauteurs (ce qui permet d’avoir une vue magnifique), mais cette situation n’est pas adéquate pour emmener des enfants à pied à la plage.
