Le Clos des Roses is a contemporary house in the heart of a green setting in a pretty hamlet, close to the pretty port Levi. It is accessed through a small alley set back from the road which will ensure peace and discretion.
A raised and enclosed garden awaits you, as well as a comfortable house, with a porch and a terrace.
A parking area will allow you to park your vehicle.
The ground floor is an entrance to the hall room, a living room, kitchen, a bathroom and toilets.
The living room, ideal for a relaxing overlooking the veranda and is equipped with a non convertible sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a stereo and a television.
The dining room, common room lounge, with a fireplace. friendly room to get the family together around a good meal. decoration.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, da das Haus, wie von uns gewünscht, in einer ruhigen Gegend liegt. Das Dorf ist klein, man findet dort aber einen sehr guten Bäcker und eine Crêperie. Sonntags gibt es einen kleinen Markt mit lokalen Produkten.
Es ist nicht weit zum kleinen Hafen, von dem Wanderwege an der Küste entlangführen.
Das Haus ist wirklich schön groß, ein absolutes Highlight ist der Wintergarten!
Was uns etwas gefehlt hat sind Schränke zum Aufhängen der Kleider, es gab nur eine Kommode.
Es gibt einen Kamin, welchen man auch nutzen muss falls es kühler wird oder regnet und man die Kleider, Badetücher trocknen will. Denn es gibt zwar eine Waschmaschine, aber keinen Trockner und die Heizung ist abgeschaltet.
Wenn aber die Sonne scheint, erhitzt sich der Wintergarten richtig schön.
Das Grundstück ist einfach wunderschön und wirklich groß. Es gibt eine riesige Trauerweide, unter welcher sich einige Stühle und Gartentische befinden. Durch den Garten fließt ein kleines Bächlein, unter der Weide hindurch.
Der Empfang durch und die Kommunikation mit der im Ort ansässigen Schwester der Besitzerin war wirklich herzlich und unproblematisch.
Das Objekt ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Belle propriété à proximité de la mer. Très beau et grand jardin. Super ballades dans un environnement protégé. Un village et des habitants comme on les aime !

The location is ideal, the veranda is superb and add a lot.
The place is confortable.
The place is ...clean.
The kitchen is well equipped.
But the huge garden was not maintained at all (a member of the family came after a few days to cut the grass).
The place is well decorated, but would be worth a general maintainance: the interior plants are half dead, the vacuum cleaner is totally inefficient, the shower upstair requires a renovation, the cranes are almost impossible to turn.
We understand the owner lives in Portugal, so has probably difficulties to keep on eye on his property.
It's OK, but far from perfect.
