In Perros-Guirec, on the Pink Granite Coast, ideally located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Brittany (Trestraou beach), this apartment benefits from an exceptional view of the sea as well as a good orientation.
It is located in a beautiful, very quiet private residence with a manicured and flowery garden overlooking the coast; there is also a collective car park and direct access by a private staircase to the wide sandy beach.
In very good condition, it can accommodate 4 people.
It is made up of a living room with bay window on the sea comprising: 1 3-seater sofa, 1 rattan lounge, 1 flat screen TV; the living room also includes a kitchen area with sink, electric cooking plates, oven, fridge with freezing compartment, microwave, dishwasher, percolator, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils.
It also includes a bedroom with 1 double bed, a mezzanine with 2 single beds, a bathroom with sink, shower, wc and washing machine, an entrance hall; all tastefully decorated.
Electric heating.
There is also a bicycle / windsurfing room.
It will be the starting point for all your activities in Perros Guirec or in its surroundings and there is something for everyone: walking tours (customs trail along the splendid pink granite coast and accessible at the back of the residence ), sea excursions (the 7 islands, the island of Bréhat), excursions by car, shopping, sports, water sports (sailing, surfing, etc.) or of course rest. Town center, shops and markets within walking distance. Restaurants, casino, cinema, thalassotherapy at 200 m.
