the living room is fully open to the sea thanks to a panoramic bay 8m long. contemporary bo concept furniture, island kitchen with marble top, walnut table, 6-person corner sofa, 120 cm curved led tv, hi-fi bose, wii, wifi.

Cette maison est une vrai réussite architecturale, située dans une zone très calme et de plus offre une vue EPOUSTOUFLANTE sur la mer et la baie de Carantec. La maison est aménagée dans un style très moderne avec beaucoup de goût, les équipements, cuisine-Hifi-TV-Wifi sont tous de toute première qualité. La plage du Man est accessible rapidement à pied, les commerces et le centre ville sont à 5 minutes en voiture. C’est aussi grâce à cet environnement que malgré un temps plutôt moyen, nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et prévenants et sont toujours disponibles en cas de questions. Cette fantastique maison est vraiment à conseiller. Monsieur et Madame, merci pour votre gentillesse. A bientôt Wir sind eine deutsch-französich Familie und ich kann meinen Landsleuten dieses phantastische Haus nur empfehlen. Die Einrichtung, die Qualität, der Ausblick aufs Meer und die Vermieter sind wirklich top. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Nous avons passé deux semaines en juillet 2011 dans cette villa superbe. La vue du salon et de la terrasse est imprenable (voir les photos). La villa est très bien équipée - tout est neuf (nous étions les premiers locataires). Saint-Pol est une belle petite ville, agréable à vivre, et la plage est juste à coté de la maison. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et nous comptons retourner à Saint-Pol bientot...
