40m2 duplex located at the foot of the departure of the Great Montets cable car, in the village of Argentiere in Haute Savoie. Completely renovated. Sleeping capacity: 5 people. 1 double, 2 bunk beds + 1 sofa bed (1 or 2 people). Kitchen equipped with American, and TV. RdeC raised gournd, overlooking the garden, the Grands Montets, massive Drus and the Aiguille du Midi. Very quiet and sunny, comfortable. Shops at 5 minutes walk. Direct connections by bus or train to Chamonix.
In winter, the Grands Montets cable car is within 100m and the ski school. In summer, starting walks in the mountains less than 50m. Bike rental on site. Perfect for mountain lovers. 10km from Chamonix and ice Sea. Possibility of climbing, paragliding, golf, tennis, rafting, canyoning and summer toboggan.

Appartement conforme à la description, accueillant et propre, proche du centre, à 5 min à pieds de la gare d’Argentières, pratique pour circuler dans la vallée de Chamonix avec le Mont Blanc express, propriétaire réactive, merci

Joli duplex idéalement situé aux pieds des grands Montets, très jolie vue. Super commerces à proximité ! Nous l'avons trouvé étroit pour 2 adultes et 3 ados et un peu bruyant le soir peut-être car en face de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble où les gens discutent et comme ce sont de vieux bâtiments, ça résonne. Pas mal d'électroménager cassés en fin de saison.. La vallée de Chamonix vaut le détour, c'est absolument magnifique !

L'appartement n'aurait jamais dû être nettoyé par les occupant avant nous vu l'état sanitaire du COVID que nous traversons! rien je suppose n'a été désinfecté donc un manque de prise de conscience ! nous l'avions vu de suite vu le manque de propreté ! la propriétaire nous l'a confirmé. Nous étions très déçu car en plus les télécabines d'Argentière ne sont ouvertes que le week-end!
