About this cottage rental
Pleasant house with very sunny garden. This house is located on a private road with parking space in front. Ideally located 300 meters from the beach and its restaurants, 50 meters from a bakery and a bus stop and 300 meters from a crossroads market.
Deauville is just a 5-minute drive away.
The accommodation: the house has on the ground floor a living room with a convertible sofa that can accommodate two beds, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a shower room.
Upstairs is a first bedroom for two people and a second row for children two beds.
Cot possible as well as a children's high chair on request.
Linen and towels are provided.
The beds are made.

One night a week

We have experienced a perfect stay for us a family with two kids.
Clean, efficient interior in the house. Parking in front of the house. Very remote and quiet area, small but nice garden with sunshade.
A few photos or paintings on the walls would provide the interior with a bit more vivid impression. Sleeping area for the kids can become quiet warm as there is no extra ventilation in the small room upstairs. We have used the sofabed instead, so beaware if you travel with 6 people.
Kitchen spotless, dishwasher, ofen, microwave, etc all there, however some more plates (6 small and 6 large are clearly not sufficient to fill the dishwasher) and lids for pots would help.
Bakery with excellent crossaints, baguettes, pain au chocolat is just round the corner, 100m. Walk to the beach 3-5min. Supermarket, Carrefour, is walking distance, however stretches for 11-15min.
Deauville center by foot is about 30-40min. However, easy to find a parking space, although that is sometimes not on the inexpensive side.
Communication with landlord/agent was always swift and accurate. Many thanks
