Location très bien (hormis le couchage banquette). Appartement bien situé et très calme.

Appartement très bien situé,clair et lumineux.
Bien équipé à l'exception du lit : une bonne literie mais son adaptation de cales en bois pour faire de 2 petits lits,un grand lit est " limite"... On se bute souvent les pieds dans les cales !
Quelques compléments seraient appréciés : ustensiles de cuisine( aucun), cafetière électrique et tablettes ou meuble sous lavabo dans la salle de bain pour y déposer plus aisément les accessoires de toilette.
Concernant la copropriété, l'endroit est calme mais certaines personnes ferment inutilement la porte d'entrée à clés rendant impossible son ouverture par le biais de l'interphone ce qui nous oblige à descendre !
Pour le reste,tout est parfait,le four micro-ondes est vraiment très bien et la machine à laver très appréciable surtout lorsqu'on est en bord de mer!

Tres bonne location à 2 pas du centre de dinard à 2 pas de la plage. Faisable avec un bebe mais difficile ascenseur très petit et appartement sur demi étage donc poussette a laisser dans la voiture , douche ( petite piscine à prevoir si avec bebe). Sinon location top! Nous avons passé un excellent sejour

Pour notre premier séjour en Bretagne notre choix s'est porté sur Dinard. Magnifique endroit !
L'appartement très bien situé dans une rue commerçante mais calme. Ayant un parking privé. Appartement agréable et propre et avec tout le confort. Belle chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Très proche de la plage et commerces. Nous avons profité en famille de belles balades et de la plage. Visite de St Malo. LA côte d'émeraude porte bien son appellation pour ce petit coin de paradis. A recommander !
