Appartement fonctionnel bien agencé tranquille (si pas de travaux devant l'immeuble. ...) seul bémol il est important de savoir que pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou âgées ou autres problèmes de santé la résidence se situe en haut d'une côte qui n'est pas accessible pour tous, la proximité des commerces est à 3mn en voiture pas à pied. ...ensuite il y a quelques ajustements à faire dans l'appartement (sonnette à la porte et un oeil pour voir qui se présente, revoir les portes coulissantes qui ne ferment pas SDB WC pb écoulement eau du lavabo ) sinon très bon accueil, et a l'écart du centre ville bien pour la tranquillité surtout en période estivale. Globalement nous avons passé un bon séjour.
