Large house on a maintained and fenced plot of 2500m2 at the edge of the forest, in ocher and within the Luberon Regional Park. Quiet nature, 500m from the village (all shops) and 5km from the entrance to Apt. 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 180, 2 twin beds (+ a sofa click clac), two s-d-b and separate toilet, large living areas. LiveBox (internet and Wi-Fi), TV Canal Sat. Garage. Furnishings complete comfort (mach.à washed clothes and dishes).

This was the first time we have stayed at this property, but hopefully it will not be the last!
Mauricette is a wonderful host, who met us at the house to show us around and provide us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
The house is modern, comfortable and had all of the conveniences of home. Mauricette was most generous providing basic household items that were well stocked on our arrival - and, provided some thoughtful gifts after a long drive (including treats for our dogs).
We very much appreciated the fact that the house and grounds are secure with automatic drive gates and fencing. This level of security was ideal for our children and our dogs.
The house is located at the end of a small row of other properties and we found it to be quiet and relaxing. The garden and plants were well looked after, even in the fierce heat - this made the house all the more pleasant.
it is an ideal place to explore from, yet we found Gargas charming and the community warm and welcoming. The local restaurant was superb and we enjoyed the weekend of festivals along with the locals.
I would give Mauricette and her house my highest recommendation and we hope to stay again very soon.

Maison fraîche et spacieuse.
Non-communication entre la personne responsable de la procédure d'arrivée (qui a dit de laisser les draps dans le lit et de ne pas s'occuper des poubelles) et celle responsable du départ (qui nous a reproché l'état des lits et des poubelles...) = un moment désagréable.
Un nid de guêpes sur la terrasse nous fut signalé à l'état des lieux d'entrée. Il nous a embêté. Finalement le fils de la propriétaire est venu l'enlever à notre demande. Il aurait mieux valu le faire avant notre arrivée.
Par ailleurs plusieurs meubles/objets en état vétuste : le barbecue (dangereux), le parasol, les chaises longues, devraient être remplacés. Chaises de la terrasse assez inconfortables.
La boulangerie et le supermarché sont à 15 minutes à pied, 5 minutes en vélo.
La vigne ne couvre pas la majorité de la terrasse. Etant donné la mauvaise qualité du parasol, la terrasse est donc difficilement pratiquable dans la chaleur de l'été.
Néanmoins une maison avec de la place, lieu silencieux, dans une belle région, proche de la ville d'Apt.
