About this apartment rental
Apartment on the 4th floor (with lift) of one of the two chalets of the residence 'THE SUN BALCONIES I'. It enjoys an excellent southern exposure with unobstructed views of the heart of the resort as well as most of the ski area. From the balcony you discover the Maurienne valley, the massif of the Meije and the Arves peaks Belledonne.
Very well equipped, decorated with care, you will feel good, summer and winter.
This apartment has a ski locker on the ground floor and a parking space on the private parking adjacent to the cottages.
Located 250 m from the chairlift Mollaret. Return by skis possible.
You also get a shuttle bus service completely free with a stop just outside the residence.

SAINT FRANCOIS LONGCHAMP in winter.
Saint François Longchamp is a family resort mountain, the opening of the next winter season will be December 19, 2015. Located at 1650 m above sea level, it is easily accessible, since on the secondary road 213 linking the town of La Chambre (Maurienne valley) to the Col de la Madeleine (1993 m). Twelve kilometers separate the House of the station.
The resort is surprisingly mountainous surroundings discovering superb views. The Col de la Madeleine you can admire the Mont Blanc, the Vanoise domes but also Belledonne and Ecrins bar.
The ski area has the distinction of being connected to one of Valmorel in the Tarentaise Valley to constitute 'Le Grand Domaine'. The Grand domain is 49 lifts, 165 km of slopes (8 black runs, 19 red runs, 39 blue runs, 24 green runs).
Children can make their first rides in a specially designed area. Besides skiing and snowboarding, you can also indulge in many activities: skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, paragliding, dog sledding, toboggan 4 seasons etc.
CENTRAL BALNEOTHERAPY
Opened in 2010, located in Mollaret up, a few hundred meters from the apartment, the Balneotherapy Centre is a fitness center, relaxation, pampering and relaxation. You will find: sauna, steam rooms, Jacuzzis, gym and fitness, a Physio space and Osteo and a bar area and Bowling.

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner aux balcons du soleil I. Tout s'est très bien passé. L'appartement était conforme à sa description. Nous avons pu récupérer et restituer les clés sans aucun soucis. Résidence calme. Casier à ski. Et navette au pied de l'immeuble.

La vue est superbe, l'appartement est comme neuf avec une décoration personnalisée. Idéal pour quatre personnes. La résidence est accueillante avec un très bonne organisation, bien située. Pour atteindre les pistes de ski, c'est plus simple de prendre le bus navette au pied de la résidence, en montant à La Pérelle (piste verte) ou en descendant au télésiége du Mollaret. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le grand domaine skiable avec Valmorel (des vues magnifiques, une pratique du ski adaptée à tous les niveaux, ambiance décontractée, "no stress"). La station est conviviale. Un resto très sympa pas loin de la résidence: le plancher des vaches.

Appartement très agréable, bien aménagé, calme, avec vue dégagée sur les pistes et la station.
Possibilité d'accéder aux commerces et à la station à pied ou en navette gratuite. Station familiale, grand domaine sympa (Valmorel + St François), balnéothérapie au Forum des eaux bienvenue après une journée de ski, ou pour les non skieurs.
