Impregnable sea view, T2 apartment of 40 m2 in luxury residence with large terrace for lunch facing the ocean or sunbathing, facing south and facing the large beach of Carnac, fully equipped: new click- clac and new bathroom!
in march 2017 total renovation of the kitchen. Close to all shops and amenities: super u 300m, water and spa at 600m, tourist office at 400m where there is a bus stop for and coming from AURAY and QUIBERON. Private parking.
Entrance with cupboard, living room of 4 meters wide with superb sea view, equipped kitchenette, quiet independent bedroom, new bathroom with w. c.
Possibility to have meals in the lounge or on the terrace. 1 sofa bed of 2 people in the living room and 2 beds of 1 person in the room (duvets or blankets of your choice).
Although the apartment is on the ground floor (beautiful sea view and unobstructed), it can cause problems in case of Disability: CONTACT the owner before booking.
The linen is not provided: Possibility of asking the linen pack for 4 people (sheets, pillowcases, towels, 2 tea towels) for 50 euros / week or for 2 people for 35 euros / week. Cleaning is not included: You must return the accommodation in the state where you found it or opt for a cleaning fee of 55 euros does not include the cleaning of appliances: oven, microwave, hotplates nor the storage of the dishes. A rental contract is established upon reservation and a photocopy of your home insurance contract must be provided. emplacement proche des activités et d’une grande surface , terrasse et logement bien aménagés avec vue mer (à quelques mètres de la plage). Propriétaires sympathiques et tolérants quant à l’heure d’arrivée.

Nous avons passé un super weekend en famille, à 2 pas de la plage.
Bernard et Marie-Sylvie ont été conciliants et nous ont réservé un accueil sympathique.
Le logement est confortable et très bien situé, face à la mer et à quelques minutes à pieds des restaurants et boutiques.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
