Your holiday home is located in the residential area of Verquières, a charming Provencal village a few kilometers from Avignon, the city of the Popes, between the Luberon natural park and the Alpilles.
With its 3 bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people.
The 95m2 villa has a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, living room and dining area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet, garage and parking. In the main room there are two bay windows which give access on one side to the covered terrace and pergola and on the other side to the swimming pool with solarium.
Outside, you will have a large covered terrace with summer lounge and barbecue, a pergola with garden furniture and deckchairs, and a pretty secure swimming pool (7 mx 3.5 m) and outside. shelters from looks. A fully enclosed Mediterranean landscaped garden surrounds your residence.
You will also have a washing machine, a dryer and all equipment necessary for baby's comfort.

My sister and i had a wonderful stay with our dog in July. It was in the middle of the heat wave and the house was just perfect. It had everything we needed and the garden was fully secure which was a must for our dog.We really can't recommend the property enough

Super nice cottage with everything your heart desires.
The kitchen is very modern and equipped with everything
The garden is very beautiful and creates a great ambience. Highlight is the pool and the air conditioners that are the salvation at high temperatures. Also our dog felt very comfortable and by the high stone wall you had privacy and the dog could move freely. In summary, just great nothing at all to complain about.

Das Haus liegt völlig ruhig in einem sehr kleinen Ort der als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet ist. Das Haus selber ist perfekt gepflegt, die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet, Pool und Grill sind vorhanden aber am besten ist tatsächlich der Sitzplatz unter den Weintrauben und der sehr schön gepflegter Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Der Empfang von Stephane war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Das Haus ist ganz mit Mauern umzäunt sodass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Der Garten ist schön aber sollte besser gepflegt sein. Natürlich spielt die Trockenheit auch mit. Wir hatten die 10 Tage durchschnittlich 38-40 Grad. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und wir haben ihn genossen sowie die Klimaanlage im Haus. Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig. Riesiger Fleck im Wohnzimmer an der Decke der nicht erst kürzlich entstanden ist. Der Haushalt müsste auch mal gründlich gemacht werden. Das Badezimmer und WC sind neu und sehr schön.
Alles in Allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Urlaub nur das Preis-Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis.
