Ground floor in a large quiet and peaceful modern villa with sea and mountain view, located on a small hill.
- Large wooden terrace overlooking the garden with garden furnitures, barbecue and a great sea view
- Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave ...) close to the living room with a massage chair. Large window openings to the garden.
- 3 rooms:
- 1 adult room with its own bathroom (Italian shower)
- 1 adult room connecting to the children's room
- 1 children room (3 beds) + bathroom (Italian shower)
- 1 sofa bed in the living room
- Separated restrooms
- Outdoor Shower
- 3 bikes available
- Free Wifi

- Possibility to ask for paid additional cleaning

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Je vais commencer par les points négatifs :
- il est indiqué une chambre en enfilade pour les enfants, mais cette chambre est également sans fenêtre. Et la 3ème chambre, avec un grand lit, a une seule petite fenêtre qui donne sur la chambre principale. Tout ça n'est pas forcément gênant, mais ce serait mieux de le savoir avant.
- certains équipements sont vieillots : assiettes et verres ébréchées, casseroles très rayées, parasols cassés, tiroirs abîmés, etc.
Ensuite les points positifs :
- emplacement parfait, proche des commerces et de la plage, au calme
- vue très agréable, terrasse parfaite, avec terrain de pétanque
- intérieur moderne
- propriétaire très sympa, arrangeant, disponible
- très bon rapport qualité prix
En bref, je recommande ce logement !!!
