About this house rental
In the heart of Provence, near by SAINT ANDIOL, you will find a cosy 130m2 house.
Perfectly located between Vaucluse and Bouches du Rhône, you be able to visit all the area and discover our beautiful PROVENCE sights.
You will also enjoy and relax by your own PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, hided by 200 cherry trees, fig trees and oleanders.
Built in 2012, the house is attached but completely independent with a 80m2 PRIVATE TERRASSE, with all outside furnitures needed. Another wooden TECK TERRASSE is around the swimming pool.
In the house, you will find all you need: coffee machine, dishwasher, iron, induction plate, washing machine,TV, DVD, air conditioning, electric shutters, soundproof windows, baby cot…
Accommodation is composed by a large lobby, 3 LARGE BEDROOMS (with closets and 160 cm double beds). The large bathroom has an Italian stye shower and a double sink, separated Toilet.
Finally, the heart of the house is composed by a 60m2 area with an open style kitchen and a large diner/living room which give you access to the outside area.

Spacious well equipped villa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The outdoor area and pool are very peaceful and private.
Shops and facilities are within a short drive and plenty of interesting places to visit.
The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Prachtige vakantiewoning met heerlijk privé-zwembad tussen de kersenbomen. Grote tuin met schaduw van prachtige bomen. Prettig contact via de app met de eigenaren die in de buurt wonen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour durant les vacances de Pâques. La maison est très propre et très bien équipée, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon moment. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles en même temps discret.
Je recommande ce joli endroit au calme.

We had a fantastic, relaxing holiday in this wonderful property, which had everything we needed, we felt it was boutique hotel standard, everywhere was so beautifully decorated and modern. The three double bedrooms were lovely and the beds extremely comfortable. The Kitchen was well equipped and there is a large utility with washing machine etc.,. Sliding patio doors led out from the lounge on to a patio area with dining table, chairs, parasol and sun lounges, a lovely area to relax in, in the evenings. The swimming pool was a very short walk from the property, though a lovely garden which the children could play in and there was also a brick built BBQ for us to use there. The pool is surrounded by cherry trees and beautiful flowering bushes (the name of which escapes me). There are plenty of sun lounges on the pool decking and the pool was a refreshing way to cool off in the gorgeous weather we enjoyed, our 2 children loved it. We visited Avignon with its Gothic Palace (Palais des Papes), Pont Saint-Benezet and lovely shops and restaurants, LOpera Cafe in the main square Place de LHorloge was excellent, Arles, St Remey - we ate at La Fontaine here which again was excellent, Aix-en-Provence. We stayed in Cassis for a few days before transferring to this property, but we did regret that we hadnt stayed here for the duration of our holiday and had one or two day trips to the coast instead. The owners are absolutely fantastic, really friendly and we would like to thank them for making us and our children feel so welcome. We really did have a fantastic holiday here, a real home from home, our children didnt want to leave, we would be back in August but unfortunately you are already fully booked.
