This flat is perfect. I’ve stayed here previously and will always check to see if it is available any time I am in Paris. Bernard and Aude are absolutely lovely, the location is so convenient and the apartment has everything you could need or want. So highly recommend. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

This was just right for one. Neighborhood quiet at night. Close to several restaurants and grocery.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, nuovo e curato nei dettagli. E' silenzioso perchè affacciato su un cortile interno e luminoso. Ha tutto quello che occorre: micronde, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, televisore, lettore dvd e stereo. Ideale per 2 persone (anche se il divano letto permette di ospitare fino a 4 persone, ma in 4 si è sicuramente un po' stretti). Si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore. Personalmente questo non è stato però un problema. Nonostante non sia proprio in centro (è a Saint Ouen), a circa 50 metri c'è la linea 13 (stazione Garibaldi) che in 10 minuti arriva a Place de Clichy e St. Lazare mentre in 20 si è direttamente sugli Champs Elysée. Molto comoda, da tenere in considerazione, è anche la RER C (raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi) che porta alla Tour Eiffel, Invalides, museo d'Orsay e St Michel (Notre Dame) oltre a portare all'aeroporto di Orly o a Porte Maillot dove partono i bus per Beauvais. Dall'appartamento a piedi si raggiunge il caratteristico mercato delle pulci che si tiene il sabato e la domenica.
