About this house rental
J & J's Getaway is strategically located on the Norris Lake shoreline near Sugar Hollow Marina and the world famous "Jumping Bridge". You are close to everything you need for family adventure.
Drive up to see this darling new home with plenty of parking and an easy slope to your private 'double decker' dock with slide. Bring your own boat and park it on the 6,600 pound lift. The community, free boat ramp is only 1/4 mile from your house. No boat? No worries! Simply rent from the numerous, convenient watercraft rentals: NorrisOasisWatersports (ask for delivery options), NorrisLakeWaterSports (they deliver and ask for Norris Lake Villas 10% discount), Springs Dock (closest marina by car), or Sugar Hollow Marina (closest marina by boat). The dock can handle 2 boats covered, one uncovered (parked on the outside), and two jet skis.
With two covered decks, relax on your swing while reading your favorite book or simply watching the lake activities. Cook on the propane grill and have family meals with spectacular scenery.
Enter to see the modern, high end home with wide open floor plan. A fully stocked kitchen provides the 'camp chef' with wide open views of the lake along with the dining room and living room.
On the main level is a master suite with king bed and private full bathroom (shower, whirlpool tub, double vanity).

Place was incredible, only downside was the industrial ice maker broke the first day we were there causing us to make several trips for ice!

My husband and I took our grown children spouse and 4 grandchildren 3-8 yrs old 5 adults and 4 children total. The property and home are IMMACULATE, and I am very picky. We drove so not knowing how the home was equipped I brought my pots and pans along with grilling utensils, and I did not need to unpack them. The home is so well equipped with EVERYTHING you need except of course paper products. We rented a pontoon boat for a few days (they drop it off to the dock) I really felt like I was at home! We had the best trip I have no complaints! The kids had a blast we will be returning next year! Thanks to J&J's getaway we truly enjoyed your home!

This property is amazing. The bedrooms are roomy and have plenty of linens. The bathrooms are spotless. The kitchen is better stocked than my own home kitchen. The porches are amazing for just hanging out. The only downsides were that we ran out of milk and the marina was not open and the drive back to town takes about 30 minutes. We may have gotten lost and GPS was difficult to stay connected. There was also a gnat problem. The property had some fly strips hangingbut we’re not effective. We will definitely visit again.
