Kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave.
3 bedrooms: 1 with the ground floor with 1 double bed and 2 air-conditioned upstairs with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. New bedding.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Living room with flat screen TV.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair and inflatable bath shower adapted to the square.
2 beautiful terraces shaded by vines and sun with a unique view on the rock of Sampzon. Garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs and everything needed for sunbathing and napping.
Southern terraced land of 1800 m² with petanque (remember to bring your bowling balls!)
A 5 minute walk from the center of Ruoms: shops, restaurants, beach and river. Many sports canoe type.
Near the gorges of Ardeche, the famous Pont d'Arc, Balazuc and Vogue classified as "most beautiful villages in France" and the Chauvet cave registered in World Heritage of UNESCO. Beautiful walks from the house.

Le séjour s’est globalement bien passé. Propriétaire agréable, des gérants sur place sympas et réactifs.
La maison a beaucoup de charme mais elle est mal isolée (beaucoup de bruit du parquet pr ceux qui sont en bas ou de bruit de la salle de bain pr ceux qui sont en haut) et la douche était bouchée (mais rapidement débouchée par le gérant qu’on a appelé à la rescousse!). En terme d’emplacement: pas mal de choses à portée de main, si vous n’avez pas peur des grandes montées à pied (peu recommandé si vs êtes avec une personne âgée ou à mobilité réduite donc). Super U à 15mn à pied, petits commerces à 5/10mn (boulangerie, boucherie, primeur..).
La Nationale à proximité fait pas mal de bruit; la vue depuis la maison est très sympa.
Super chemin de randonnée juste au dessus de la maison avec de beaux points de vue!
Déçue par Ruoms en général, mais Vallon Pont d’Arc est a 10mn et d’autres villages comme Labeaume, ou Balazuc qui valent le détour ainsi que la route des défilés.
Caviste recommandé : Neovinum, à deux pas de la maison.

Très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et de toutes les commodités, et proche des lieux de baignade. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le gîte est très bien équipé, et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Mais nous pensons qu'il est peut être temps de prévoir quelques travaux d'entretien et de mise à niveau des prestations offertes afin de justifier le tarif de la location.
