About this house rental
In Provence, edge of Sorgue, center town (100 m of the bakery, 600 m of the coffee of France and the place of the Church), pretty home of 160 m2 on garden of 600 m2 entirely renovated. An air-conditioning serves the corridor of the rooms on the first floor.
Swimming pool 3,5 x 8 m with new built-in curtain. Pergola on the terrace.
A facade on the street but double glazing installed in 2017.
Deckchairs, garden furniture, BBQ, available, all the comforts for a great family holiday.
Beautiful setting between Luberon, Mont Ventoux and the Monts de Vaucluse.
Privileged place that offers a wide range of walks (Ocher du Roussillon, Fontaine de Vaucluse ...) and other sporting activities like descent of the Sorgue Kayak (departure 300 m from the house), golf ... Recently opened Parc Spirou and a water park nearby.
Landscaped garden (lawn, automatic watering ...)
Miscellaneous: no smoking required, no pets and steep stairs to access the 4 bedrooms upstairs.
Provision of sheets (beds made) on arrival.
Towels also provided.
Possibility in addition to book the studio (25 m2), Cf latest photos (250 euros / week), it will not be rented to third parties if you do not book it will be closed.
Please provide a deposit (check or cash) of € 2000 upon arrival (returned upon departure if no problem during the stay).

This is a beautiful home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here.Vincent's mum welcomed us at the house - she is exceptionally welcoming, warm and friendly. Her English is fantastic and she showed us around the house, making sure we knew how to make the most of everything there. We really appreciated her and her local recommendations for ice cream!The house is much more than the photos give away. It's a very comfortable, well ordered home - the living, dining and kitchen are one big L-shaped space that allowed us to be together as a large family all the time. It's very spacious and the bedrooms upstairs exactly the same. The kitchen is very well equipped.The stairs, although steep, weren't a problem for us. Our 25 year old coped well, and there is a door you can lock at the top so at night time, we could relax knowing they couldn't go downstairs alone.The garden is lush and green with plenty of shade - it's surprisingly big for a townhouse with parking. The pool area is fantastic. Lovely sized and and very nicely done pool with plenty of space for sun bathing. There is a really nice patio just outside the patio doors too that has a nice shaded spot for eating outside.The house is really well located. Boulangerie and a couple of Tabac within a 20 sec walk. There is a great children's play area 5 minute walk away. The river, town, restaurants are all achievable by foot in a matter of minutes.Overall, fantastic home, thank you for a great stay!

My family and I spent 5 wonderful weeks at Gaelle & Vincent’s property. The house is even nicer than the photos, and very spacious. Our kids loved the large backyard and pool. Gaelle & Vincent’s parents live just down the street and were so friendly and helpful, even dropping off some fresh-picked figs after I mentioned I liked them. We had a fantastic time, and can’t wait to return!

Maison confortable, piscine très agréable, jardin ombragé. A proximité du centre ville et également des très beaux villages provençaux.
Sans oublier l'accueil et les bons conseils de notre hôte.
