This comfortable and contemporary apartment of 44 m2, located on the 5th floor of a 21st century building with elevator is composed of two rooms including one bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It can accommodate up to 2 people .. Very bright and very quiet apartment overlooking the garden, it has a 7 m2 terrace and all the equipment you need to feel "at home".(Vacuum cleaner, internet-wifi by cable, iron, internet all inclusive, washer-dryer, household linen, table linen, armored door.

Great location, great apartment! Plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Cafes, restaurants, shopping, and metro all nearby. Easy check-in/check-out.

Our stay in Maries apartment was fantastic. The building is fairly new and the apartment is well designed & decorated. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the space. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc., which is not always the case in a rental apartment, and the large bathroom and shower are an added bonus! We will definitely book again the next time we are in Paris.
