The property was perfect for us.
Me, my sister her three girls and my son went.
Ages from 4 to 14 years old.
There was something for everyone.
My son at 14 does life to fish and there was a fishing peg.
Girls loved hot tub. We all loved the facility’s.
Make sure you book pools and activities three weeks bonfire you come. Get full quick.
In a quiet corner plot. Loads of room and greenness all around you. Like being in the woods. Yet 3mins walk to the centre

Had a delay on passes which led us to loosing activities we booked before our arrival

• Loved the fairy lights around the roof
• The outside fridge is great and very handy
• The hot tub was amazing and well maintained (maintenance came every day)
• The location of the property beautifully located by Duck pond
• There was a sharp knife and tea towels available (taken on board comments from previous reviews which was great to see)
We thought there were a few things with the lodge that could be improved.
Please note that these are all things that can easily be rectified and wouldn't stop us coming back again:
• Bbq was dirty and couldn't be used
• Dvd player didn't work (which was a shame)
• There is mold starting to appear in the main bathroom on the sealing above the toilet.
• The sink in the little toilet didn't drain properly
• Mattress in the main bedroom without the bunkbeds may need replacing soon, very springy and uncomfortable (but mattresses are personal preference)
• Sofas needs a good clean between the cushions

The location of the lodge was brilliant.
Only 5 minute walk away from the facilities.
The hot-tub overall was very nice to be in.
The lodge was a brilliant size for us and the dog.
I came across mold on the bathroom ceiling.
They don't supply bin bags.(Then had a complaint from the owner saying the bin was dirty).
In the bathrooms all towel rails were hanging off the wall.
We also had a problem with our hot-tub one night, we called the owner to ask the site, when they've got chance are they able to help us, but we never received any help.
Make sure if you stay here not to leave any bread crums on the side as the Owner also complained about this aswell.
