About this chalet rental
A prime location on a south-facing slope, with a view of the village of Vagney (altitude 400m).
Our village is located at the crossroads of the areas of Gérardmer, La Bresse and Ventron, 15 minutes from Lake Gérardmer, 20 minutes from Lake Xonrupt-Longemer and those of La Bresse.
You can enjoy a rural environment, in peace without being isolated.
We are 3 km from the village center, and all its shops including a shopping center, a cinema and its municipal swimming pool. Our cottage, easy to access, and very well plowed.
(Vagney and its surrounding hamlets give access to 200 km of paths marked out by the Vosges club between altitudes 400 and 1100 meters with many panoramic views, including 2 paragliding sites)

We had an excellent stay in this charming cottage in the Vosges. The cottage was very cozy and the view to the valley excellent. Many thanks to Antonia and Bruno who were excellent hosts with great tips about the area and cycling routes to take and on top of that just having nice chats about the good things in life.
We used the cottage as 'base camp' for some great cycling in the area.

For two people the house is perfect. And there was another room/space with two extra beds. You have to be lucky with the weather as the Vosges are referred to as the rainiest part of France. For us it was OK, but an average of 16 °C isn’t great in the summer.
