Ideally oriented to the East with views of the resort and the bottom of the slopes, this studio of 27 m2 for 3 people has a very pretty sde, a very practical kitchenette with all the necessary to cook, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a flat screen TV with HDMI connection, a dining area with a beautiful view of the resort, separated from a more "intimate" sleeping area with 2 bunk beds.
This studio has a large bay window with a balcony / terrace sunny all year!
The residence offers direct access to the ski slopes, and ski storage on the ground floor.
Renting from Saturday noon to Saturday noon priority. The rotation of the tenants takes place between 11h (departure) and 16h (arrival). For weekends or weekends other times are possible (see case by case).
The electricity consumption is recorded at the entrance and the exit and is added to the rent, they represent several tens of euros (0. 21316 euro the kwh).
Booking according to the following conditions: contract, checklist / inventory used to make your luggage, deposit 300 euros (reimbursed under 14 days upon departure), the rent is to be paid on booking (refundable according to conditions), the keys are discounted condition of the inventory.

Nous sommes tout juste rentrées de notre "mini-séjour" car nous y étions pour le week end seulement où tout était nickel, de l'appart sympa, propre, aux pieds des pistes, très pratique surtout lorsque l'on vient pour si peu de temps, on chausse et déchausse en bas de l'appart, c'est vraiment un plus, système de clés astucieux.
De plus, le temps était là soleil et giboulées, la neige également, une propriétaire bienveillante & sympathique . Nous retenterons l'escapade.

Très bon petit séjour dans cette appartement au pied des pistes. Tout est parfait pour un couple voir une famille avec deux enfants. Tout le nécessaire est disponilble dans cette appart seul petit bémol le lit (clik clak) un chouille trop petit pour ma part (1m87) :) La propriétaire au petit soins pour arranger l'arriver au mieux et faire passer un super séjour.

Le studio est très propre et très fonctionnel.
Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser la cuisine mais tout y était à disposition pour passer des vacances.
Je recommande.
