Beautiful Provencal villa, modern inside 150 m2 (10 people, 4 bedrooms, 3 air conditioned, 3 bathrooms, 3WC) on 650 m2 of land (palm trees, olive trees, orange) with pool of 8 X 4 m secured by alarm (without barrier), 800 m from the Lecques beach and 500 m from the city center; close to the coastal path, many walks (dune, forest, vineyards) and the aquatic center Aqualand; 30 min of the CIRCUIT DU CASTELLET, F1, BOL D'OR. You can reach the beach by a pretty pedestrian path. The shops are at 100 m and the city center at 800 m. Private parking. Beautiful area of the creeks. The house has 1 floor. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Très belle villa avec une grande pièce de vie avec tout le confort.La plage, le centre ville, les commerces sont à proximité.
