At the heart of the landing beaches Juno Beach in Courseulles Sur Mer, seaside resort with a blue flag, for rent T2 of 42 m2 completely renovated, on the 2nd floor, on the seafront. Sea view and exceptional beach from the living room and loggia closed to enjoy all year.
Near the city center and shops (800 m) along the dike. The apartment is located in a secure residence with digicode. Direct access to the beach without road to cross for your children. Bedroom: double bed 160 cm, 140 cm mezzanine bed for children, flat screen 102 cm, fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, rotating heat oven, induction plate 3 fires, Senseo coffee maker, microwave ... bathroom with shower and machine to wash. Numerous cultural activities: Juno Beach museum, the Caen memorial at 30 mm, the famous beach of Omaha Beach at 45 mm, Sainte-Mère l'Eglise at 1 o'clock. Mont St Michel at 2:15.
Activities on foot: the beach, the sailing school. You can spend your coastal or offshore licenses, municipal swimming pool heated sea water on the dike open from May to September at 500 m, aquatic center at 6 km, equestrian center for a walk on the beach, fishing school at sea, daily market summer and winter twice a week, bowling, cinema, skate park, mini golf, tennis court, basketball, nightclub. Walk: coastal paths, bike ride on bike path. Non smoking apartment. No pets allowed, thank you for your understanding. Linen not provided. EDF in addition from September 29, 2018 to May 31, 2019. Deposit of 400 € and 60 € (cleaning) requested on arrival and returned after the exit.

The property is in a superb location with views of the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely to be able to watch the tide come in and out. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Nearby shops were very useful and over all we had a wonderful stay. Very well located for other places to visit nearby. Highly recommend this property.

Magnifique endroit !!! La location est merveilleuse face à la mer, super bien aménagée, rien ne manque !!! On a tout aimé !!! Séjour trop court on reviendra c'est sûr

Très bien, il manquerait une passoire, et des explications as l'arrivée pour les poubelles.
Très belle vue, mais toute les fenêtres ne ferme pas, en tempête comme cette semaine, on ressentait bien les courants d'air
