Exceptional large Villa, completely renovated in 2016, comfortable, 100 meters from the main beach of the great sand, historic place of great painters (Gauguin, De Haan, Sérusier ...), 2 other nearby beaches including one for Surfers, Kerou beach. The villa is located where the painters Gauguin and Meyer de Haan among others lived. Starting point for many hiking trails, painters 'and customs officers' path. A large comfortable living / dining room for making large meals, 3 bathrooms. The 1912 villa is classified as a heritage site. Soundproofing has been carried out, a fireplace has been installed in order to also take advantage of the beauty of winter evenings and sublime stormy days. Private parking in the back for 5 cars.

He had a great stay. The house was meeting all our expectations: very well located in the center of the village but still very quite, close to the beach and some nice restaurants. The house is well equipped and offers all the needed comfort. There were also bicycles available which we used to make some nice tours around the area. We appreciated very much the hospitality of the host!

À peine arrivés dans la maison de Catherine et Philippe s'installe le sentiment que le séjour devrait durer plus longtemps!
Catherine et Philippe sont des hôtes très attentionnés aussi bien lors de l'accueil que dans l'aménagement de leur maison pour lequel ils font preuve d'un très bon goût. Rien ne manque, la cuisine est très bien aménagée et les chambres sont toutes confortables.
La proximité de la plage et de petits commerces ajoutée au charme de la maison, sans oublier un temps fantastique, nous ferons penser souvent à notre semaine de vacances familiales!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique Villa de l’Océan.
Entièrement rénovée avec un goût certain, d’une propreté irréprochable, cette villa est idéalement située, à 100m de la mer en plein centre de la très charmante commune du Pouldu.
Très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout était là pour notre plus grand confort, y compris une literie de grande qualité.
Merci à M et Mme Jouët pour leur parfaite communication, ce sont des propriétaires qui se soucient vraiment du bien-être de leurs hôtes. Nous avons profité de leurs conseils pour visiter les alentours, de belles ballades dans ce très joli coin de Bretagne.

This beautiful house was in the perfect location for our family holiday of 14 people. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome as well as catering for all of our needs. The house is set in the main street of the little town with restaurants, bars and shops just a few steps away. There are 3 lovely beaches within a short walking distance, which are all ideal for families with rock pools and quiet coves. The house is of excellent standard with plenty of parking and a lovely outside eating area. We had a fantastic time and would thoroughly recommend staying here!!!
