In an elevated position on the natural viewpoint of the Monts d'Or (450 m above sea level) you overlook the city of Lyon and benefit from the relative freshness of summer nights while enjoying the Mediterranean climate and guaranteed sunshine.
The living space is entirely open on the teak terrace equipped with tables, deckchairs, barbecue, "feet in the water". Panoramic view of Lyon and the Alps from the bedrooms and the upstairs terrace.
On the ground floor facing south:
- The living room-kitchen opens, by large sliding windows, onto a large terrace of 100 m2 equipped with tables, deckchairs, parasols and barbecue where you are feet in the water. The terrace is a direct extension of the living room. We live outside!

Access to the upper floor is via a metal desing staircase made by an ironworker:

- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub

At the back of the house a landscaped garden with large trees offers naps in the
hammock in the shade.

TCL bus 200 m to Metro D towards Gare de Vaise and direct access to Lyon city center (9 km). Velov 'station free loan of bikes.
Local shops and market on Wednesday and Saturday in the village (800 m) and supermarkets 3 km away.
Gourmet restaurants including the famous Bocuse 10 minutes away.
Inns and restaurants within walking distance.
Visit to Lyon, capital of Gaul and a UNESCO heritage site, renaissance complex.
