About this cottage rental
- New housing of 55 m2 for 2 to 4 people, in rez of garden and a floor.
- On a fenced property of 1 hectare, in the middle of an olive grove and a wood of oaks.
- Located at the edge of the wood of Paty, and 2 minutes from the village center by car.
- Numerous tidying up.
- All comfort: reversible air conditioning, walk-in shower, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board, TV.
- Linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
- Independent entrance, automatic gate, parking and private terrace with furniture, open to the garden.

- The apartment is located in Vaucluse, Piolenc capital of garlic, 7kms from Orange, a near a lake, circus Gruss, on the edge of the wood of Paty: hikin, Nordic walking, mountain biking.
- 2 mn The village center of Piolenc and its local shops: bakeries,
butchers, medium surface, banks, post office, restaurants,
- 1 enter and 1 exit of highway at 2 mn by car.
- 10 mn Orange, the antique theater and "Chorégies" in July, the Arc de Triomphe , the provençal market (on Thursday in the streets in the center of the city)
- 30 mn Avignon, the famous Bridge, the palace of the Popes, ramparts and the Festival.

We hebben een fijne vakantieweek gehad in een heel mooi huis, goed ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed onderhouden en zeer proper. We kregen een vriendelijk en enthousiast onthaal. Ook de vele tips voor uitstapjes en bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving waren zeer welkom.
Als fietsers waren we tevens heel blij met de mogelijkheid om onze fietsen veilig te stallen.
De omgeving is zeer mooi, met goed aangeduide fietsroutes.
De Via Rhona is een aanrader!

Très bon accueil d'Annie dans un gîte très agréable à tout niveau dans une très belle propriété bien entretenue, très bons conseils de la propriétaire pour la visite des villages authentiques et magnifiques de la région (La France est belle), disponibilité de la propriétaire pour nous faire découvrir la forêt autour du gîte.
Merci encore Annie pour tout et si nous revenons dans la région nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir chez vous.

Wir waren im August eine Woche bei Annie und haben alles genossen. Das Haus ist ein Anbau an das Heim der Vermieterin Annie. Alles ist exakt so wie beschrieben. Herausheben muss man die Sauberkeit. Hier war alles perfekt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Das Grundstück bietet viel Platz. Uns hat vor allem gefallen, dass die Lokation optimal für Tagesausflüge gelegen ist. Wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs. Und haben nicht einmal ansatzweise alles gesehen. Ansonsten ist man aber auch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten im Ort, der einen herausragenden Bäcker zu bieten hat. Und darüberhinaus bekommt man auch im kleinen Supermarkt alles, was man braucht.
Annie ist sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Dennoch hatten wir jederzeit unsere Privatsphäre. Eine Gastgeberin, wie man sie sich wünscht.
Wir können das Quartier ohne Einschränkung empfehlen und würden auch jederzeit für ein zweites Mal zurückkommen.
