About this house rental
In the heart of the Loire castles, we welcome you to this large house in the city center (5 minutes walk from the TGV) with private heated and secure swimming pool and a garden with terrace. An unforgettable stay between history and gastronomy.
You will have a beautiful Touraine house of 230m2 on two levels with a garden of around 500m2! 4 beautiful renovated rooms are at your disposal (3 are with a double bed and one with two single beds). Two bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower and the other with a bath / shower. WC on each level. Beds made on arrival. Towels, linens, tea towels and hair dryer provided. Friendly equipped kitchen, reception in a row, dining room, a large living room, an office. Fully equipped: TV, telephone, wireless internet, Dvd player, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, table and iron. Outside, you will find a terrace with a table and 8 garden chairs, a 10 x 4 m heated swimming pool with deckchairs.

La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée .
Bien située dans la ville de Tours, on peut accéder à pied au quartier historique et aux différents points d'intérêt.
Le jardin est très appréciable pour les repas et le repos, endroit très calme.
Parfait pour un we entre amis.
Tours est idéalement situé pour découvrir les châteaux environnants.
Seul bémol l'accès au stationnement surtout lorsque l'on vient avec un mini bus.

Superbe maison très agréable et idéalement située! Adultes et enfants ont apprécié les lieux et se sont sentis "comme à la maison".
Les 2 petits bémols que l'on pourrait émettre sont les difficultés pour se garer dans la rue (mais bon en même temps c'est top d'être si près du centre) et la température de la piscine (elle était à 25° et c'était limite pour les enfants).
