It has a large terrace with sea view (Morlaix bay and Callot island), very pleasant in all seasons.
Villa for 4 people very well equipped, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.
Roller shutters on all windows of the house.
Sheets rental: 15 € per bed
Towels rental: 5 € per person
End of stay cleaning option: 70 €
Security deposit of € 500 to be returned on the day of arrival.
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival, 1. € 20 per day per adult.
It is located about 1.5 km from the city center of Roscoff.
The Grande_Grève beach is 500 meters away on foot, sandy beach with diving board.
The exotic garden and the marina are less than a km away.

After a very warm welcome and a detailed briefing, we found this wonderful vacation home and were overjoyed from the very first moment. The house is perfect, very well equipped, has a wonderful garden and terrace and leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. It is in an absolutely quiet location and offers an incredible view of the bay. Beach and supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away. The town center of Roscoff and St. Pol de Léon are also within easy reach and offer numerous cafés and restaurants. Hikers and nature lovers in particular will love this fantastic region. A big thank you to Mme. Guivarch for this unforgettable stay. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Sehr gepflegtes, neuwertiges Haus in toller Umgebung. Super Ausstattung. Meerblick und ein schöner Garten sind auch inklusive. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Es war großartig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Es wäre besser für uns, wenn das Interesse an diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus abnehmen würde. So blieben
die Preise stabil und die Verfügbarkeit für uns gewährleistet. Deshalb sollte ich herausstellen, wie störend die täglichen Kampfjets sind, die über die Landzunge fliegen. Wie laut die Fahrzeuge auf der nahegelegenen Hauptstraße sind. Dass es nahezu täglich regnet. Dass die Temperatur im Wohnzimmer morgens nur knapp über 20 Grad lag und die Heizung im
Sommer nicht in Betrieb genommen wird. Dass die Lüftung den ganzen Tag surrt, das Gebälk immer wieder knackt, das Bett unsäglich knarrt und die Matratzen fest sind. Das ist zwar alles nicht ganz falsch, aber es würde dem traumhaften Ferienhaus überhaupt nicht gerecht werden.
Das Haus ist einfach toll! Groß, üppig ausgestattet, modern und wunderschön. Der Garten sehr groß und gepflegt. Die Blumen im Garten sind eine Pracht. Der Blick auf die Bucht und die umliegenden Häuser eine Augenweide. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Die Atmosphäre perfekt. Die Nachbarn freundlich und die Wohngegend äußerst attraktiv. Ein großer eigener Parkplatz komplettiert den fabelhaften Eindruck, den das Haus hinterlässt. Gartenstühle und Gartenliegen laden zur Erholung ein. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Arbeitsfläche satt durch die großzügige Theke. Moderne Bäder machen den Morgen zum Vergnügen.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Wander- und Fahrradwege beginnen am Haus. Am Meer oder im Hafen ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Roscoff und St Pol de Leon sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wunderschöne Sandstrände nicht weit entfernt. Alles ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
Die Kampfflugzeuge sind selten und das ferne Grollen nicht ernsthaft störend. Die Hauptstraße ist fast nicht zu hören. Durch die vielen Fenster heizen sich die Räume in der Sonne schnell auf. In den Badezimmern sind elektrische Zusatzlüfter an den Handtuchheizkörpern die per Fernbedienung gesteuert werden.
Für zwei Personen unendlich komfortabel. Das zweite Schlafzimmer, die großen Schränke und das zweite Bad waren herrlich. Äußerst angenehm sind auch die beiden separaten WCs.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Zur Begrüßung haben wir Cidre und köstliches Gebäck bekommen. Vielen, herzlichen Dank Madame!
