We really enjoyed our stay in this little piece of paradise. The pictures don't give justice to the beautiful farm with all the animals and fascinating history.
The apartment is very comfortable and well stacked with everything needed. We even got to grill outside!
Special thanks to the gracious hosts for accommodating our late arrival and also showing all the hidden gems of the property.

Dies ist ein Ort, an dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Die Tiere, vor allem die Hunde, haben unseren Kindern gut getan. Raphael und Laurant haben immer geholfen. Dank Google Übersetzer war dies auch möglich. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und an den Strand braucht man ein Auto, aber damit ist alles recht schnell zu erreichen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le gîte est très agréable et fonctionnel, l’environnement verdoyant et quelques animaux se baladent pour la plus grande joie de notre petit, il est proche de plusieurs sites à visiter dans la région, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques… rien à dire de plus, c’était tout ce que nous attendions et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre passage en Normandie.

This gite is a freshly renovated stone and brick outbuilding on a farm. It is well furnished with new furniture and good mattresses for a restful night. Everything works and the shower is large enough for anyone. The kitchen is well put together and clean. In fact, the whole place is clean and neat. Bed linens are in excellent shape and bath towels are new and fluffy. Its in the country so its quiet, though a cock crows you awake in the morning if you are a very light sleeper. The area around the the farm is lush and green, or in some places freshly plowed as this is farm country. Raphaele welcomed us into the gite and made dinner reservations for us at a small restaurant - La Fontaine Fleurie, well worth a visit - in a neighboring village 6 or 7 kilometers away. We had a little trouble getting to LAir du Champ farm. One portion of the road near a radio or communications tower appears to be for service vehicles only. If youre traveling north at this point, just drive about 200 meters and youll be off the service road and very near the farm. We didnt take this service road at first and we really should have just driven it. In any case, it was well worth the effort to find the farm a to stay a couple of days. We recommend it.
