You will choose this individual chalet for its authenticity, its very calm environment and its large surrounding areas.
You will enjoy the warm atmosphere of this family chalet.

Very well exposed to the east and south, it offers a magnificent view of Arêches located 2.5km and the whole valley.
Its very large covered terrace facing south is particularly pleasant.
Comfortable interior and warm decoration,
excellent interior equipment (new bedding and all kitchen equipment!)
Total surface of 200m², on 3 levels
6 bedrooms:
In the basement - ground floor, large entry room 30m² allowing the storage of ski clothes and boots in winter,
On the ground floor, living room-dining room of 40m² and majestic fireplace, closed kitchen with pantry-laundry room, 1 bedroom (2 beds 80x200), 1 bedroom (2 bunk beds) and a bathroom-WC with bath,
On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom (2 beds 80x190), 1 bedroom (160x190), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (double bed 140), a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower.
very easy access with parking in front of the chalet in summer, and 60m in winter.
The departure of the ski lifts is 2.3 km for the Grand Mont sector and 5 km for the Planey sector.
Vehicle essential (no shuttle).
Household linen not included,
Possibility to rent sheets and towels
Option "final cleaning" 120 €
Option "grocery shopping on arrival" (to see with the owner)
€ 850 deposit to be paid on arrival.
