55 m² apartment in a beautiful residence (on the 3rd floor, with lift), close to the shops and the beach in a quiet residence.
Rental for 4 people, minimum booking 7 nights, flexible arrival days.
Large living room, west facing. American kitchen, 2 Bedrooms: 1 double bed (140X190) for 2 people, 2 twin beds (90X190). 1 Shower room, 1 WC, Large balcony, private parking.
Crockery / Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Refrigerator,
Cooking plates, Microwave, Electric oven, Filter coffee maker and Senceo coffee maker,
Central heating, Vacuum cleaner, TV, Washing machine.
For the tranquility of the neighbors we do not accept parties or evenings in the apartment.
1. In our prices the charges are included.
2. Arrival times: Saturday between 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. Hours
Departure: Saturday between 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.(Landscaping
possible schedule).
3. Additional nights: To be agreed.
4. Additional services (optional) on request at
pay the day of your arrival:
- Sheet kit: the large bed: 25 €, a small bed: 15 €.
- Cleaning: 35 euros.
5. Tenant must vacate the apartment in a clean state where
he found it.
6. A deposit check (€ 200) will be requested from your
arrival and returned at your departure.

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos deux bébés, la location est très bien pour ça. Les gérants sont très disponibles et arrangeants. L'appartement est bien situé et propre. Rien à redire !

Bonne literie,bon emplacement,calme.
Il manque cependant de place pour poser les produits alimentaires qui ne vont pas dans le réfrigérateur.
