Superb duplex apartment of 75 m2 completely renovated with high-end services. Exceptional sea view on the first line on large picture window with south / west terrace on the beach. Large living room of 40 m2 with fireplace, fully equipped American kitchen with polished concrete bar. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and large closet, the other upstairs with 2 single beds and dressing room). The upstairs bedroom has a terrace facing the sea of 20 m2 south / west. Bathroom with Italian shower. Separate WC. Summer shower with hot water and WC in the ground floor room. Small private garden under the laurels with table and garden chairs. TV and Wifi. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning. Private parking space. Closed room to put bikes / windsurf / paddle if necessary. Wood reserve. Linens provided. Towels and bath towels not provided.

In sehr schöner, ruhiger Lage - ganz nah an einem kleinen Strand. Wir haben vor allem den Balkon mit der schönen Aussicht und den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen genossen. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit unserem Kajak konnten wir praktisch direkt vor dem Haus lospaddeln, man muss zum Strand lediglich eine kleine Straße überqueren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Flat very nice, top location. Parking: Clearly too narrow for four cars, dents/scratches pre-programmed. Our experience: The car of the lady responsible for handing over the keys and the flat (lives in the house) caused a fat dent/scratch with the door in our car. You could see this without difficulty from the exact matching dent/scratch on both cars. However, the key lady and her partner consistently denied it. The whole thing, combined with the threat that if we went to the police, they would certainly find something to withhold the deposit when handing over the flat on departure, bordered on blackmail. Conclusion: more than weak character, we are left with the damage. The landlady - actually a very friendly communication up to this point - did not react to our message regarding the situation. Superghost instead of superhost.
