INDEPENDENT HOUSE WHICH CONSISTS OF 3 BEDROOMS, 2 OF WHICH WITH 1 LARGE BED (160X200) AND 1 WITH 2 BEDS (90X200), a cot and CUPBOARD, 2 BATHROOMS WITH TOILET, AND A LARGE ROOM WITH FITTED KITCHEN TO ACCOMMODATE 6 PEOPLE, WASHING MACHINE, DISHWASHER AND GAS RANGE.
THE HOUSE IS IN A CLOSED MINERAL GARDEN WITH A GRAVILLONED TERRACE FOR THIS ACCOMMODATION WITH GARDEN LIVING ROOM AND BARBECUE.
THE SITUATION: 100M FROM THE BEACH AND 800M FROM THE NAUTICAL CLUB FOR RENTAL OF SAILING BOAT, KAYAK. FOR LOVERS OF THE WALK OR THE BICYCLE OF MANY PERFECTLY MAINTAINED TRAILS ARE WAITING FOR YOU AND A ORNITHOLOGICAL RESERVE WELCOMES YOU TO DISCOVER THE BIRDS.
FROM OUR HOUSE THE CITY OF VANNES IS NEARLY 7 KM, THE RAILWAY STATION IS 20 MINUTES BY CAR, AT 5 KM A BOAT AREA IS WAITING FOR A GULF TOUR.
