About this house rental
Esquibien, small village located 3 km from Audierne, sheltered fishing port and very lively.
«Ty Forn», le fournil - Old building, real bakery renovated. Located in a small hamlet very typical, on the edge of a vast protected dune area (70 Ha), classified Natura 2000. Nearby: hiking trails and GR34.
Sea and beach 700m, shops 1 km, town (Audierne) 4km and nautical center 3km.
Terrace in front of the house. In front, large plot of 1000m² in lawn with parking and trampoline. Enclosed garden on the back. Barbecue and 2 garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol.
House of 3 rooms/ 60 m² approx.
Furnished in the rustic style. The former baker’s stone oven is located in the living room, arranged for decoration.
Ground floor:
Kitchenette/ living room.
Fully equipped kitchen: gas stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator of 173L with freezer part 18L, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Lounge area with sofa, rattan armchairs, T.V., DVD player, radio with CD player. Beautiful antique furniture (dresser and closed Breton bed).
Room with a double bed (140 cm).
Bathroom with walk-in shower.
W.C. separated.
Floor:
Mezzanine with a single bed (90cm).
Paneled room with two single beds (90 cm).
Local bicycle.
Electric heating.
Iron and ironing board.
Cot & baby chair.
Bed linen is provided.
Charges: Included from June to October - In addition (on consumption) outside this period.
