Between lakes and mountains, in a village typical of the Chartreuse Natural Park, this old Savoyard farmhouse (1870) reconciles the ease of access and the tranquility of a holiday place full of charm. The wash house is a spacious cottage, very well equipped, decorated with respect for traditions (wood, stone), easy to maintain.
Its reception capacity spread over two levels offers convivial spaces and also allows you to reserve moments of intimacy. On the ground floor you will find a living room / lounge and a fully restored kitchen, a spacious entrance that the children transform into a playroom and a large bathroom fitted with an Italian shower. On the 1st floor: a TV lounge, an office (reading corner), 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 3 single beds + dressing), a second bedroom with a 1.60 bed, and a master bedroom with 2 twin beds of 0. 90, a bathroom and a private wc
At your disposal: complete equipment for 2 babies and a young child, board games and library for young and old
In summer to enjoy the outdoors: table for 8 people, sun loungers, barbecue From the wash house, many activities are possible: hiking, cycle touring, discovery of the historical heritage and local know-how. In winter all snow sports and the pleasure of enjoying a warm lodging.
If you opt for thematic holidays, many possibilities are offered to you:

Étant originaires de la région nous avons apprécié de pouvoir séjourner dans ce chaleureux chalet. Tout est fait pour se sentir à l'aise, dans une décoration soignée et de très belles pièces. Merci à Françoise pour l'accueil et au fils de Nicole pour son assistance durant le séjour. C'est une adresse que nous conservons pour de prochains séjours et pour la famille également.

Le gîte est situé dans un endroit très calme et donc idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Il est plus que bien équipé nous n'avomanqué de rien. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par nos hôtes et il y a pleins de petites attentions pour les vacanciers

Tout est fait au Lavoir pour que l'on s'y sente bien. le gite est joliment décoré et très, très bien équipé, on n'y manque de rien. L'accueil par Françoise et le voisinage en général a été très chaleureux. Nicole a fait preuve d'écoute et fait en sorte que nous passions un très bon séjour. Merci !
