About this apartment rental
it is about a studio annexed to my house but completely independent which is composed
downstairs, a kitchen spacious enough for three guests; a shower room with washbasin shower cubicle, wc, washing machine. a very soft staircase leads to the first floor.
upstairs, the very bright and sunny bedroom all day thanks to two large velux windows.
a large double bed; a single bed. possibility of adding a baby bed.
wardrobe, television
the studio overlooks a large landscaped garden.
on the terrace, table, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue
the studio is fully equipped
the studio is ideally located between land and sea for those seeking both tranquility in the countryside and proximity to beaches and tourist spots.
the port of the trinity at 2 kms with its shops; there is everything you need
the beaches at 3, 4, 5, etc. depending on the desired beach, there are many

Property extremely hard to find initially,instructions minimal.
Sleeping accommodation adequate,upstairs and not suitable for significantly disabled.-overall adequately equipped,-shopping only by car -5 minutes drive,
-eating out 5 mins in village -no oven in property apart from microwave
