About this house rental
Architect house of 135 m², classified 4 **** and 4 ears, located in a quiet area in the heart of Trébeurden.
Very close to beaches, the GR34 and shops (Intermarché at 200m).
Ideal for spending magnificent stays on the pink granite coast with family or friends.
2 terraces facing south and west. Enclosed grounds.
Trébeurden is a very beautiful seaside resort with its South and West exposed beaches, its marina and its many seaside activities (swimming, fishing, hiking and mountain biking, sailing, ...).
On the ground floor:
We have a large living room with fully equipped American kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a library that will please both children and adults. A separate toilet.
The living room has a sofa bed and a wood stove.
On the ground floor there is also an independent bedroom with a bed (160 * 200) with an adjoining bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink.
The house also includes a back kitchen.
Attached, another room includes a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and iron. This room can store garden equipment and the barbecue.
We also have a car port and private parking (all for 2 cars).
Upstairs:
It includes a bedroom with 2 beds of 140 * 190 and 90 * 190.
A second bedroom with a 140 * 190 bed.
Upstairs there is also a bathroom with shower and double sink and a separate toilet.
On the terraces we also have a table for 8 people, a garden furniture and 2 deckchairs as well as a large parasol.
The kitchen includes the following equipment: extractor hood, dishwasher, ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso, pressure cooker, steamer, kettle, raclette service + all dishes , cutlery and dishes / pots / pans ...
The house has a TV as well as Internet and TV decoder for Orange TV (free)
Optional:
- Sheets and towels can be rented (30 € per room)
- cleaning (90 €)
During the French school holidays (Summer / Easter), the rental is for a minimum of 7 days (1 week).
For extended weekends, Christmas, New Years, rental is for 3-4 nights minimum
Main beaches of Trébeurden:
- Tresmeur (0.6 km by trail or 1.4 km by car): the 'large beach' in Breton, with fine white sand. It is the busiest beach in the town
- Pors Termen (1.2 km by car): beach near the port, popular with tourists and the Trébeurdinais for the magnificent view it offers of the port, Kastell, Île Millau and Île Molène.
- Pors Mabo (0.9 km by car): this sandy beach has the distinction of being exposed due south, a characteristic that is quite rare in northern Brittany.
- Goas Trez: large beach in the northwest of the town, less popular for sunbathing because the sand is coarser.
Perros-Guirec, Trégastel, Île-Grande, Pleumeur-Bodou, Lannion, Tréguier, Paimpol and the Ile de Bréhat are very close with many attractions and also offer many tourist activities to complete your stay in Trébeurden.
The customs path and the pink granite coast offer many walks along the sea.

We had an amazing week at this fantastic property. The house had everything we needed, is exceptionally clean and well-kept, and is in an excellent location. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops, and great for exploring the wonderful coastline on foot, by bike or car. Everything ran smoothly from booking to arrival and check out. The hosts are lovely, we very much appreciated the tasty local products they provided as part of the welcome. We would certainly recommend the property and very much hope to visit again in future.
