The house is really nice, located in a private property with access only for people staying here. Every bedroom plus living room are equipped with an aircondition unit. There is a little front garden and a bigger backyard with a BBQ. Both bathrooms are spacious and clean. Towels and linen are provided. There is a washdisher, washing machine. Close to the house there are shops, beaches are just 5 min by car, 20 min walk. We liked the place as there are many interesting things close to it (Saint Tropez, Nice, Cannes, Monaco etc.). The only problem is when you are older - the bedrooms are upstairs. The host is a kind lady (she doesn´t speak much English), helpful and really nice. Lovely place and lovely stay.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen und eingezäunten Anlage. Die Parkplätze liegen vor dem Haus und sind für zwei Pkw vorgesehen. Es sollten nicht unbedingt zwei sehr große Autos sein, dann wird es eng. Das Haus ist ordentlich, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich rustikal eingerichtet. Praktisch ist ein Schlafraum im Erdgeschoss für Menschen, die keine Treppe gehen können (ausziehbare Couch für zwei, aber schmal). Direkt daneben ist ein Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche. Im Erdgeschoss ist dann noch die Küche, das Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Drei Schlafräume sind im Obergeschoss. Zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Die Betten sind nicht sehr groß, typisch französisch halt. Dann gibt es noch ein Bad mit Badewanne. Allerdings ist die Armatur defekt und es kommt nicht immer warmes Wasser. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Sehr schön ist der kleine Gärten mit großem Gasgrill. Es gibt dort eine Art Laube zum Sitzen mit schöner Beleuchtung. Direkt hinter dem Garten liegt die Straße. Das hört man im Garten, im Haus weniger. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz und schönem Außenbereich. Die Hausverwalterin von gegenüber ist hilfsbereit und nett. Einziger Nachteil ist die etwas seltsame Müllentsorgung. Bitte die Hinweise an der Tür zum Waschmaschinenraum lesen.

La maison est confortable meublée a l'ancienne. Rien a dire sur l'équipement qui est complet. La literie est confortable. Seul bémol, le jardin arrière est situé le long de la route très fréquentée ' voitures, motos bruyantes, ambulances ,etc....)Pour se reposer dans ce jardin et lire , il fau comme ma femme mettre des boules Quiés.
Sinon merci a Sylvain pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils.
