About this cottage rental
In the heart of the margeride, in a small village of twenty inhabitants, your stay in this old granite farm and red arkose restored in the traditional style will offer you all the benefits of nature and scenery. Its south facing ground of 150 m2 is totally enclosed and shaded, it is decorated with a fountain and a barbecue. It benefits from the regular passage of cows from neighboring farms and allows direct access to the path that leads to the creek and the oak forest.
Inside, on the ground floor, living room of 45 m2 including living room, dining room and kitchen is decorated with old furniture restored while having comfort: dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee pod, TV , internet connection etc.
Upstairs, three bedrooms (one of 20 m2 divided by a Japanese partition) are furnished with three double beds and two single beds and a second bathroom with toilet and shower.
This cottage is adjoining another cottage. Oil boiler.
Local shops in the medieval village of Malzieu or Saint-Alban (5 km).
For your leisure: the medieval village of malzieu offers many activities for children and adolescents. Also: visit of the park of the bisons by horse-drawn carriage or treneau with Sainte Eulalie, the park of the wolves with Sainte Lucile, museum of the beast of Gévaudan in 45 mn. Bread oven in the village.
Ideal for hiking, mushroom picking, wild fruit, harvest of birch sap in March, fishing and other hobbies ...
