About this house rental
This fisherman's house completely renovated in 2010 is located 200m from the sea on the coast of the Gulf of Morbihan in the small historic village of Kerners.
House exposed East-West having a small courtyard in the East close of walls. Ideal for breakfast.
In front of the house to the west, a larger yard surrounded by vegetation.
Each courtyard is equipped with garden furniture + sun loungers and barbecue.
The house has 3 separate bedrooms.
Upstairs :
A room with double bed (140) and cupboards.
A second children's room with a single bed (80) and a pull-out bed (80) + closet.
A bathroom with toilet is also located on this floor.
On the ground floor :
A third bedroom with double sofa bed (140) serving as TV room with many cupboards.
TV with satellite cable + DVD player.
Internet access by livebox
A fully equipped American kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Espresso coffee machine.
Living room with wood stove (Hase), sofa and 2 armchairs. Round table with 5 chairs.
Bathroom with separate toilet on the ground floor.
The beds are equipped with underpacks, pillows with pillowcases and duvets (except for the sofa bed equipped with a blanket)
Possibility to rent sheets and towels at the ocean launderette located 1 km in the village of Arzon

A lovely little “Cornish Cottage” style property in the hamlet of Kerners. Close to the coast path with more choices of where to walk than you realise.
Beaches are about a mile away but we walked there each time using the the footpaths and cycle routes. If you have a cycle take it with you.
The property is modern and we were welcomed on our arrival. We had very hot weather, and there is no air conditioning but we managed.
We had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend staying here.

Wir haben die Woche bei bestem Wetter absolut genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Ort. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit und fanden es sehr schön damit zum Markt, Bäcker oder Hafen zu radeln. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
